The exchange and return policy is subject to the executive regulations of Law No. 2014/39 regarding consumer protection:

The product can be replaced, returned or benefit from warranty services provided that the original invoice is available.

The customer has the right to exchange or return the product and get a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase.

The goods must be in the same condition as when purchased, suitable for resale and placed in their original packaging with all accessories.

The customer must acknowledge that he has not used the product in any way.

The nature of the product must be listed under the products that can be returned or refunded.

Gifts given to the customer when purchasing the product to be returned must be returned in a sealed package with all accessories.

Products are returned in the event of a defect or malfunction, or in the event that they do not conform to the specifications approved in the State of Kuwait.

In the event that replacement is not possible, the product is returned, and the seller is obligated to refund its price according to the value stated in the sales invoice, and in the same way used to purchase it.

The customer has the right to exchange or return upon meeting the conditions stipulated in this law, even if the goods were purchased during sales (discounts) licensed by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, in which case the value of the product stated in the purchase invoice shall be considered and its price shall be returned in the same manner used when purchasing.

The consumer cannot return or exchange goods in the following cases:

If the consumer was aware of a defect or fault that already existed in the product at the time of purchase and before it as is, or if the last piece displayed in the store and this matter is mentioned in the invoice.

If the specifications or packaging method of the goods prevent their exchange or return because this leads to their damage or makes it impossible to return them to their original purchase condition, and thus it is impossible to resell them.

In the event that the customer misuses, damages or installs the goods incorrectly.

If the product cannot be reinstalled, or if there are missing accessories or components with or without a box, or with a torn package, which must be in the same condition in which the customer purchased it.

In case of purchasing a personal care product (sheets, blankets, sheets, towels, mattresses, etc.) due to the nature of its use and for health reasons.
